Excellent service! Order was delivered within 2 hours after a call to recipient. I was able to see her flowers through the web camera/skype and they looked better then on the web site! I was told cake was very tasty too. It was a first time using this company. I used to order from Russian company and decided to try Kiev, i would definetly use it again. Thanks. |

Absolutely not the best service. Order was delivered BUT with issues. I was charged a fee for picture but no picture was taken, no card was delivered with my message and despite my request to not contact the client before delivery was overruled and she was called 3 times. and then to make things worse, she was told that it was a late order that's why they couldnt do the card. I placed the order 14 days in advance. |
