How to make an order
To make an order you should review the main site menu, look through and choose a present to your liking. To order flowers on-line put the chosen bouquet into basket and press “make an order”, fill the form thoroughly and your order is made! In the shortest time the manager of UA-Flowers will contact you to specify all the detail.

Conditions of granted service
We want to pay your attention on fillind an order form. Please, put correct and detailed delivery address (street, house, entrance, corps, floor, company name, office number, etc). In a case of a given wrong address (mistakes in house number, street, if a recipient doesn’t live in agiven address) an order is considered to be executed.
If an order wasn’t delivered through our fault, it can be executed in a close possible time due to your agreement or you may get all your money back. Indemnification size cannot be higher than the cost of your order.

Delivery in detail
Delivery is supported in Ukraine. Delivery time is 24 hours per day. Orders are accepted from 10 am to 19 pm.

Flowers change
Some flowers are seasonal and can be inaccessible. In separate cases we reserve the right of equivalent flowers change, keeping a common view, colour gamma and composition cost.

Info confidentiality
All info given to us is confidential and under seal of secrecy. Data of your credit card and order is not saved at our Web-server. About safety of card payments. We gaurantee – your recipient will know about you only what you want! Order change
In case if you change or alter your order, inform us as soon as possible.

Safety of card payment
Confidential info about your card number, CVV2 code and its other requisites reach our site in a code form. A technical standard SSL-coding with a stable cryptography (key length is 128 bits) is used for info excange. Further info in a code form is passed through pay server into a processing bank center and it’s forbidden even for our personnel and users, possessing administrative rights.
