My mom loved the flowers and the card. : ) On my part I must complement the service. First of all, to my absolute surprise, they were able to contact me by phone. I didn't expect UFL representatives would call my US number. Second, when my visa credit card didn't go through I thought "that's what you get when dealing with Ukrainian sites", but it turned out that the transaction was actually blocked by my american credit card company in security purposes. After my credit card company called me and I confirmed the transaction, the card went through without any issues. It's great to see that some really positive changes are taking place in Ukraine. And thank you guys (UFL staff) for doing such a great job. Your efforts really make our (those who live abroad and have relatives in Ukraine) life easier. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and whoever reads this posting. I like the design of the site too. Very nice. : )

Absolutely not the best service. Order was delivered BUT with issues. I was charged a fee for picture but no picture was taken, no card was delivered with my message and despite my request to not contact the client before delivery was overruled and she was called 3 times. and then to make things worse, she was told that it was a late order that's why they couldnt do the card. I placed the order 14 days in advance.
