Absolutely not the best service. Order was delivered BUT with issues. I was charged a fee for picture but no picture was taken, no card was delivered with my message and despite my request to not contact the client before delivery was overruled and she was called 3 times. and then to make things worse, she was told that it was a late order that's why they couldnt do the card. I placed the order 14 days in advance.

Will I get a photo? This is second time I have used your service, and this time I was even able to correspond with my friend prior to gift delivery, getting a promise she would be home at the time of delivery. I imagine it will take some time to upload photo of delivery. At what time, will you upload the photo? Thanks, Pete
