I ordered the White rose Grand Prix which as soon in the photo on the web site was a nice arrangement but when delivered was a simple collection of long stem white roses. While the delivery was quick and the roses were very nice I feel mislead that an arrangement would be shown on their web site for this product while one was not made or delivered in the configuration or arrangement shown in the photo. I am a second time customer for this company but last time I did not order an arrangement so this time I was surprised to see a photo of flowers which were different than what I had purchased.

I ordered the flowers around 11am Ukrainian time, and they were delivered the same day at 2pm. Fantastic service, and the flowers were of great quality. I've used UA-Flowers before, and their service is always great. Highly recommended.
