Absolutely not the best service. Order was delivered BUT with issues. I was charged a fee for picture but no picture was taken, no card was delivered with my message and despite my request to not contact the client before delivery was overruled and she was called 3 times. and then to make things worse, she was told that it was a late order that's why they couldnt do the card. I placed the order 14 days in advance.

I will NEVER use you again, you lied to me, said the recipient would be called to arrange a delivery, my girlfriend was not, then did not deliver at all ... on Valentine's day!!! how can you call yourself a flower service when you cannot even arrange delivery on a special day. VERY upset, you won't see my money again
