Absolutely not the best service. Order was delivered BUT with issues. I was charged a fee for picture but no picture was taken, no card was delivered with my message and despite my request to not contact the client before delivery was overruled and she was called 3 times. and then to make things worse, she was told that it was a late order that's why they couldnt do the card. I placed the order 14 days in advance.

I should apologize, because I had a bad experience with ua-flowers, and they solve the problem very well. I change my oppinion about your company, and I´m going to continue sending flowers through Ua-flowers. If your company makes a mistake,and you solve the problem so good like you have done, it makes me think that you have a serious and good company, with a good quality Thank you
