I will NEVER use you again, you lied to me, said the recipient would be called to arrange a delivery, my girlfriend was not, then did not deliver at all ... on Valentine's day!!! how can you call yourself a flower service when you cannot even arrange delivery on a special day. VERY upset, you won't see my money again

I change my oppinion about your company, and I´m going to continue sending flowers through Ua-flowers.
