Absolutely not the best service. Order was delivered BUT with issues. I was charged a fee for picture but no picture was taken, no card was delivered with my message and despite my request to not contact the client before delivery was overruled and she was called 3 times. and then to make things worse, she was told that it was a late order that's why they couldnt do the card. I placed the order 14 days in advance.

I really like to recommend the service of UFL. Professional service, high quality of the flowers and the gift. Best value for the money. A special thank you to the staff of UFL I made a mistake on my order and reported it. They the corrected it immediately. Sure I will use UFL again.
