    On your site, you have a link, "Bonuses policy." If you click on that link, you get a page that says "UFL bonuses politics". Wrong word! Not "politics." It should be POLICY. / Then, on that page, the instructions are, "Bonuses will be storing on your bonus account after each buying. To use them when ordering, put a checkmark "Personal account for paying" on the page «Basket»." The instructions are wrong! I cannot find a "Basket" page. I put a checkmark in a little box on the left side of the "Order" page, the second step. (The first step is signing in with e-mail address and password. The third step is paying for the order.)

    It was a terrible experience, this one! I won't recommend it. They offered a white bear on their site and ended it up with an ugly brown one that is not even listed and told me that didn't have any other choice. And when I asked them to send me a photo before delivered, stupidly they took the photo to the person it was delivered. I am very dissatisfied with this order. Be careful when you order from this site.

We tried to do it to you, but you did not answer and wrote to your mail. We tried to execute the order at the time you specified and replaced the bear of the same height, but in a different color.
