Excellent service! Order was delivered within 2 hours after a call to recipient. I was able to see her flowers through the web camera/skype and they looked better then on the web site! I was told cake was very tasty too. It was a first time using this company. I used to order from Russian company and decided to try Kiev, i would definetly use it again. Thanks.

horrible horrible service. delivered items in plastic bag instead of "BASKET" and most of the fruits where missing. what a waste of money. ANGRY and will never use again
