same here with gurkan, i m still waiting for your delivery, you are very quick while taking my money, but your delivery system sucks, also i cant see any delivery report on your page... it still says Sent to florist... baahh ... why did you open a store if you cant do things right... i download icq for contact with you, but same like your phones, no one there ^^ at least put some one for answer our questions...

My mom loved the flowers and the card. : ) On my part I must complement the service. First of all, to my absolute surprise, they were able to contact me by phone. I didn't expect UFL representatives would call my US number. Second, when my visa credit card didn't go through I thought "that's what you get when dealing with Ukrainian sites", but it turned out that the transaction was actually blocked by my american credit card company in security purposes. After my credit card company called me and I confirmed the transaction, the card went through without any issues. It's great to see that some really positive changes are taking place in Ukraine. And thank you guys (UFL staff) for doing such a great job. Your efforts really make our (those who live abroad and have relatives in Ukraine) life easier. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and whoever reads this posting. I like the design of the site too. Very nice. : )
