I ordered the White rose Grand Prix which as soon in the photo on the web site was a nice arrangement but when delivered was a simple collection of long stem white roses. While the delivery was quick and the roses were very nice I feel mislead that an arrangement would be shown on their web site for this product while one was not made or delivered in the configuration or arrangement shown in the photo. I am a second time customer for this company but last time I did not order an arrangement so this time I was surprised to see a photo of flowers which were different than what I had purchased.

My mom loved the flowers and the card. : ) On my part I must complement the service. First of all, to my absolute surprise, they were able to contact me by phone. I didn't expect UFL representatives would call my US number. Second, when my visa credit card didn't go through I thought "that's what you get when dealing with Ukrainian sites", but it turned out that the transaction was actually blocked by my american credit card company in security purposes. After my credit card company called me and I confirmed the transaction, the card went through without any issues. It's great to see that some really positive changes are taking place in Ukraine. And thank you guys (UFL staff) for doing such a great job. Your efforts really make our (those who live abroad and have relatives in Ukraine) life easier. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and whoever reads this posting. I like the design of the site too. Very nice. : )
