How to write a Slovak address
- As in the Czech Republic, Slovak addresses often have two building numbers separated by a slash (registry and street number), e.g. Obchodn? 1234/15. Include both if you know them.
- Add the postcode and district (811 01 Bratislava) — in Bratislava, for example Star? Mesto, Petr?alka or Ru?inov.
- Give the surname on the doorbell and the floor, as apartments are often unnumbered.
- Add the recipient's Slovak phone number (+421) so the courier can call ahead.
