My mom loved the flowers and the card. : ) On my part I must complement the service. First of all, to my absolute surprise, they were able to contact me by phone. I didn't expect UFL representatives would call my US number. Second, when my visa credit card didn't go through I thought "that's what you get when dealing with Ukrainian sites", but it turned out that the transaction was actually blocked by my american credit card company in security purposes. After my credit card company called me and I confirmed the transaction, the card went through without any issues. It's great to see that some really positive changes are taking place in Ukraine. And thank you guys (UFL staff) for doing such a great job. Your efforts really make our (those who live abroad and have relatives in Ukraine) life easier. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and whoever reads this posting. I like the design of the site too. Very nice. : )

Thank you very much for the excellent service!! The flowers were beautiful and Nadiia received them first thing in the morning, completely making her day!! The only thing not correct was that there was no "snow" in the "Flowers and Snow". It was only the roses. But still, you helped me make my love VERY happy on this day, and baby's breath is a minor issue. I will definitely use your service again!! Andy
