My complain is that the second time I ordered something you guys didn't have it. I understand that you might be out of stock or in that specific town or city you don't have some products or this particular kind of flowers and this is totally fine, but at least you should have state it on your website that in this particular town you don't have this product, just mark it unavailable. That will make it more easier for you and for your customers. Also in my second order my note/postcard was missing even though I did chose the option to add a note and I did type my note. I will use your service again but I just wish that you guys make some improvements. Thank you.
