    I have used this company several times and the level of service is always excellent. There was a problem with my most recent order because the lilies I ordered were not available. Not a surprise because it was Easter week. I was contacted by Alexander about the problem and he was very patient, professional and helpful in finding a solution. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have flowers delivered in Ukraine and I will always turn to them fit future orders.

    Thank you very much for your service. There was only one problem. When your operators called me to work out a problem, it was at 4am of my night. I was glad to help solve the problem, but I was not thinking correctly.
