Hello! Felt I have to write this. I have delivered many times to Kiev with your service and was always 100% satisfied and also wroted that to you as you surely can see. But when I recently placed my order to Mariupol it was very difficult to get the man in the chat(I have his name) to understand the differences in different currencys. There is a difference between UAH and Euro...Agree? .:) Well then when I saw the photo made of you and herself I see that the quality of my flowers was poor. Not the same as Kiev! NOT AT ALL!! And that made me so disappointed as this woman is new and very special to me. I wonder if it always is this when I deliver to Mariupol, the cost is about 50% higher and the flowers half quality compared to Kiev?

Ps. I need to say that this was my 10:th order and the other 90% was perfect!! So I still strongly recommend UaFlowers! :)
