Great company! There was a mix up with the time range for the gifts to be delivered, This only left a very short amount of time for the gifts to be delivered before she would leave home! Ua-Flowers worked with me, I spoke with the operator and they contacted the florist, explaining the situation. They quickly delivered the gifts right before she had to leave! This service is exceptional and very helpful, this website put's the customer first and I love that because of this service I was able to make my girl so happy on her birthday! I got feedback that this delivery was of a much lower quality than the first two orders I placed. There were delays with processing this order also.
I was told the first two orders I placed the flowers were beautiful where this last order they said the flowers were "nice" but not as good as the first two orders.
I am not happy with this order and the cost of these 25 white roses were almost the same as 51 roses I sent earlier where I got a very positive response.
