    Good service, would recommend to a friend. I find web-page is a bit hard to deal with. Particularly, the button "continue" at checkout does not always work. Additionally, mobile version of the page does not contain a filed for specifying delivery time.

    - I paid extra for an early delivery, but the flowers were delivered much later. - I paid extra for a photo, but no photo was made. BAD !

    Manager response:  Thank you for your feedback. In the morning our courier arrived at the specified address, but the recipient was not there. Courier phoned to the recipient and delivered to another address, therefore your order was delivered later. Recipient refused to to do a photo.
