Since yesterday morning I have been trying to contact the manager. I have messaged several times but nobody seems to be interested in resolving this. The moment has been ruined!
I am not happy with your services for the following reasons:
My message/postcard was not delivered. This was the most important part of the gift and now it has been ruined. I even added in the comments section to remind you that the message needs to together with the 4 gifts.
Fruits (grapes & pomegranate especially) are not fresh.
Before I give a bad review, I am going to give you one chance to make this right.
