a lot of thank your customer service. I made a mistake in my order and I didn't understand a price of flowers is different for each Ukraine region. In the end I canceled an order and made a new one. There was no problem with sending money back. Everyone at the customer servise worked well.
I advise you to work on the eshop. I was confused from different prices for different regions. It'd be better to explain clearly it to customers. Second, I amn't a Ukrainian. So I didn't knowt a region is the most important piece of information from an address. I understand I was able to find the information everywhere else. At the end, the eshop showed me delivery free for whole Ukraine at one moment. Which was a bug. I guess.
