What to know about Manevychi
Manevychi grew up in 1892 as a station settlement during construction of the Kovel–Sarny railway. It took its name from the neighbouring village of Manevychi, renamed Prylisne in 1964. The First World War front line ran through the area in 1915–1920, and Manevychi became an urban-type settlement in 1940.
