Site usability is not very user friendly that's why less rated.The sorting sometimes works sometimes does not.
Also there is no option to change password.

The bouquet was delivered 3 days bedore the actual delivery daye.
The manager agreed to send another bouquet to compensate for the mistake but it was not good enough.
Very basic bouquet and I asked for an extra balloon which was turned diwn.
