    My 1st delivery trying this service: Terrible communication. Terrible customer service, no managers, they just transfer your chat back to the same incompetent agent who took your case the first time who will not solve anything anyway. They answer some cheap excuse to why something happened and then just ditch you the chat. They don't verify if the recipient is actually the one to whom the gifts are intended nor give any actual believable proof the gifts were delivered and can just say the recipient refused to take the photo. I will NEVER use this service again.

Appreciate your help and good service. It was delivered on time But unfortunately, wrong cake was delivered and not the same one I have ordered!
