    My husband ordered flowers for me on 8th of March to surprised me and made me happy. Unfortunately, I didnít receive flowers on that special day. The order costed 44£, and after all day calling and asking whatís going on only late evening they respondedĒ we canít deliver today it will be tomorrow with a box of chocolates as an apology ď. The next day, late afternoon I received 9 almost dead flowers with a broken toy and the cheapest box of chocolates. I was very disappointed and upset. My day was ruined because of this company. My husband and I will never again use this service.

    I made the order several days before the delivery date . On the delivery day I waited till the evening for delivery confirmation but received nothing , so at approx 6.30pm I contacted live chat help on the website three times . Ekaterina answered all three chats but could do very little . She kept repeating that they are waiting for confirmation from florist . Eventually at 10.45 pm , the delivery man woke up the recipient and delivered the order . I have been a satisfied customer of your company for years , but this episode overshadows my past positive experience . You definitely have a problem with your florist in Zaporozhye , I sincerely hope you solve it before it tarnishes your hard earned good reputation .
