I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the composition of bouquets strikingly different from our order, namely:
• Faulty primary color scheme, this is not a bouquet of «Peach Sorbet», but something extra different ...
• green instead of black berries,
• white with red and white carnations instead of gentle pink color.
• Also, I wrote not to use opaque paper ...., Which in reality looks more like a piece of newspaper. As for the green leaves sticking out randomly in different directions, it is not clear why they were added to the bouquet ...
We did not order such bouquet. If the florist in Baku did not have the necessary colors, it was necessary to inform beforhand or to offer an option that would meet our expactations.
In a view of the foregoing, we demand to return the money because your company did not provide the service that we ordered.
