Dear Sirs,
On behalf of our Company I'd like to express our dissatisfaction with service provided by representative office in Kiev.
We've ordered bouquet delivery to Baku on 10/04/16. I mentioned in advance that we needed the photo of buquet and time of actual delivery. Till curent time, 11.04.2016 15:23, we dont have this information .. . Since morning i've been colling to the manager trying to find out this information, but no result... Each time I called, I had an impression that the same manager hears me first time in his life.
It was our first experience working with your company. I would like to request
1. the name of person who actually received the flowers,
2. time of delivery
3. photo of flowers,
4. and address.
